About Ben Lane
Fitness is my passion, and I enjoy sharing the experience with you. I have been an athlete all my life, practicing different types of martial arts.
I specialise in boxing and MMA strength and conditioning. I believe in hard work mixed with a little bit of fun and novelty.
Amongst my qualifications, I have:
Level 2 Gym Instructor (UK)
Level 2 Fitness Instructing – Gym Based Exercises (UK)
Level 3 Personal Training Certificate (UK)
Hatton Academy boxing trainer

Personal training is not a one-size-fits-all type of activity, so when you train with me you have the choice. You can choose from muscle tone, weight loss and posture correction, or boxing, cardio and strength training. Or you can have your very own combination - it's all up to you!
We discuss the training and your goals and agree on a plan that can help you reach them.
You can book as many sessions as you want in a week and with a mixture of locations - gym, home and outdoors.
Want to bring a friend, housemate or colleague to your training?
After an initial assessment I create the budget-friendly plan to suit everyone (max 4 people per session).
Want to have a fun team office workout, or just a workshop about healthy posture at work?
I'll prepare everything for you, come to your offices and help your employees counteract the long hours of sitting down.
